The Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may browse products, submit enquiries, and place orders for personal purchase. Resale of products purchased from us without prior written consent is prohibited.

We process orders via WhatsApp. Submitting an enquiry or adding items to your cart does not constitute a binding order. An order is confirmed only when we send you explicit written confirmation via WhatsApp and payment is completed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

Prices shown on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies to your purchase.

Payment methods are communicated at the time of order confirmation via WhatsApp and may include UPI, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed. Goods are dispatched only after payment is received and confirmed.

We deliver within India and to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, customs, or force majeure events are outside our control.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to our returns policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

We make every effort to display products accurately. Colour representations may vary depending on your screen settings. We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are error-free or complete.

All sports products are sold as merchandise. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any football club, cricket board, or league unless explicitly stated.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Jersey Kerala or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jersey Kerala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
